"The Hotel was fine. Elevators were slow despite being 5 of them. Music was a bit loud some nights (we could hear the bass thumping in our room on 9th floor). Rooms were comfortable but they should have cleaned the giant stain on carpet from previous guests. Some of the towels we received during the week had stains on them. Bathroom strangely smelled a bit like sewer so we kept door shut when we went to sleep. "

Check in took a little longer than expected but passing staff member helped entertain the kids which was nice, after a 14hr flight! Housecleaning team were good, nice little touches such as chocolates for the kids. Also tying up our phone cables etc., always asked if we needed anything. "When i booked it online, i was a little worried. But it turned out to be a great choice. It offers free shuttle bus from airport which saved us a lot of efforts. It is very clean.
