「フィジーらしい豊かな自然とリゾートの贅沢な雰囲気が味わえる大満足のステイでした。私達のヴィラはハスの花が咲く池の上にあり、非日常の世界。モーニングウォークも虹を端から端まで見て大感激。スタッフの温かい笑顔も良かった。朝食もシリアルやフルーツが食べ放題。キッズ用プールに滑り台があり、たのしかった。近くの海でシュノーケルもできた。思い出に残るホテルでした。」

「Taveuni Island Resort is the best resort my wife and I have ever visited. We have stayed in resorts from the Seychelles to Tulum and this is far and away the best. The food is varied, perfectly prepared, and always more than we could eat. The staff attentiveness is amazing. And the resort properties are wonderful. We loved it. We’re coming back.」

「着いた時に歌って出迎えてくれ、帰るときは歌って見送ってくれました。とても温かい雰囲気で嬉しくなりました。 目の前は海ですが、泳げるビーチというわけではないです。海辺でのんびりという感じとはちょっと違う気がしました。 アメニティはpure Fiji の石けんがあるくらいで、歯ブラシやコームなどは全くありません。とてもシンプルです。 食事は朝食付きと書いていたのですが…ブュッフェに並んでいるのは、フルーツとマフィンと、コーンフレーク、コーヒー、牛乳。 アメーバと違いました。 シュノーケリングしましたが、レインボーリーフも見ることができました！」

「Due to the location of the resort, it is extremely difficult to communicate with anyone, either before arriving or while waiting for a boat to transport you back to the resort after spending a day away. Every adventure we chose to participate in was amazing and the resort employees who accompanied us provided exceptional service. Other than eating chicken every day and sometimes twice a day, the food was exceptional! We relaxed and that was what we were hoping to be able to do! Thank you!」

「We stayed as family with 2 teenage boys in the Grand Residence for 5 nights which was spectacular, with views across the bay and rainforest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cart ride down to the beach was fun. We had a great time, however were disappointed with the food - one night the fish was inedible. We were also let down by the constant power outages and delay in firing up the back up generator - we were left in the dark with no running water for hours on our first night....

「This is a small resort, with only 4 guest cottages (which they call bures), so there's a lot of privacy. There are expansive views of the ocean, including sunsets. The staff is very friendly, with a wonderful sense of humor, and we shared a lot of laughs. Our bure was cleaned every day. The dinners in their restaurant were delicious, with generous portions. Breakfast was included every morning, and activities were arranged for us.」

「Our stay at Naveria Heights Lodge was fantastic. The location is superb and the staff is one of the nicest we have seen in a while! We enjoyed the breakfasts and the room. The accommodation is positioned on a steeper hill, so you need 4x4 to get up there if you are planning to rent a car. It is a short walk to the town, however, you can ask for a driver to bring you to places if you like. Vinaka, we loved it! Nela & Stefan」

「私の部屋だけが古く4畳半にも満たない部屋でした。他の白人たちの部屋はこぎれいでオーシャンビュー。私の部屋はオーシャンビューという予約だったにも関わらず、オーシャンどころかプールサイドの裏で作業部屋の近く。7時くらいにはいやでもうるさくて起こされます。しかもプールからは私の部屋や風呂が丸見え。シャワールームは汚くて、サンダルなしには入れません。街からは徒歩30分で不便です。最後の一日だけ部屋を換えてくれると言われたので、それまで我慢していましたが、結局フルブックだったので換えてくれませんでした。働いているフィジアンはとても親切でいい人たちだったんですが、私はこのホテルが悪い印象だったので、サブサブ自体にも悪い印象を持ちました。ホテルズドットコムはキャンセルができないので、田舎都市での連泊は非常に危険です。こんな高い金払ってあんな部屋を用意されるなら、同じ値段ですのでHotspring hotelをお勧めします。（部屋を確認済み）」

「My wife and I ventured to Sau Bay around the 20th of June, shortly after it opened. At a high level, we give the place 6 out of 5 stars! At the top of our experience was the incredible staff that greeted us and took care of us throughout our 5-day stay. We had previously spent a couple of weeks at some other resorts in the Mamanuca islands, and while those were also great, Sau Bay stood head and shoulders above them in terms of service, privacy, and overall experience. Sau Bay is a small resort...
