"The property is nice, fairly modern and convenient to downtown attractions. (Museums, Grant Park) The staff is friendly and accommodating. The South Loop is not as nice as it use to be…lots of trash on the sidewalks and empty storefronts. "

"Room was very spacious and had a wonderful bathroom. Tv screen was easy to see from the beds. Quiet place to stay. Easy access to bar, coffee, and restaurant. Wish we were staying more than one night to take advantage of all of the amenities. Would have preferred to just have a hold on card for incidental charges or at the least be made aware of this rather than be charged $250 in addition to the amount prepaid for room. Have to wait to be credited back for. 3-5 days. "

"It was a fun whimsical place in a stunning historic building. I felt quite at home and loved having seltzer water in the water dispenser! The only downside was the restaurant, Atwood. We had breakfast at 10 AM on a Saturday, the waiter took our order and then disappeared for 30 minutes on an unannounced break with no coverage. We had to get up and ask the manager for things like butter for the toast and the check. Maybe better break communication?"

"Very nice staff except for the guy at the front desk with the hair braided back very rude. I pray I never encounter him again I come to the Trump all the time and this was my first encounter with him very unwelcoming and dry. "

"Me and my partner enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, as well as the view of the city from the 14th floor. The addition of an Alexa in our room was very convenient as well. "
