We had a great trip. The only thing that disappointed me is that we did not get our Expedia VIP reward of a meal or meal credit. The front desk said they didn’t see anything but the surveys tell me I should’ve received one.

The physical hotel was nice and there was plenty of staff around for assistance whatever time of day it was. The hotel is conveniently located next to Fenway Park and is near a ton of places to eat and shop. The front desk staff seems to be unclear about policies and how things work with check-in and check-out. They often referred to, "It listed when you book the room." Things may be listed, but not in detail, for example, parking is $72 dollars a night. Although Expedia does have that there is a fee for parking, there is no amount listed. Additionally there is a "resort fee" of $40 per night, which entitles you to bottles of water and small snacks, which I didn't receive or know about until day 3 of my stay. Maybe this is how large city hotels are, but for the price I paid for my room, I expected things to be a bit crisper and clearer from start to finish.

Cons: - no option other than valet parking for hotel (very steep pricing) - half of the staff were attentive, engaged -those that were were very nice - no coffee maker in the room at all; hot coffee is available downstairs in the lobby in the morning - no option of a restaurant on site for breakfast Pros - check-in was very nice; with water and snacks offered - view from room was spectacular, overlooked Fenway from the back of the hotel where we were located -convenient to BU or the business district, ten minute or less drive either direction, and quick walk to Fenway -the hotel seemed clean overall although someone must have relieved themselves in one of the elevators the first night we arrived-hotel cleaned it by the next day -hotel was nicely decorated with the Fenway theme Overall I would give the hotel a 7 out of 10
