"Overall a great stay. It's been a few years since we had an occasion to stay at the hotel, but it's been a part of our relationship since 2003 when we had our engagement celebration dinner at La Pastaia which we miss a lot! The room was spacious and clean, except for a few stains in the carpet that obviously could not be removed... LVF should be the next move! The bed was too hard for my husband, great for me. Hotel lacked some basic necessities like room service, bottled water for the coffee machine in the room, furniture maintenance and lighting in the room very outdated and dark to the point that we couldn’t see the unique wall decorated with leather wallpaper. Furniture in the room was beat up quite a bit"

"I was there for a business trip and it was fine, though pricy for the standard, chain hotel ambiance. The executive level area was never open, and I got no housekeeping service the first day so I had to go in search of towels after no one answered any of the numbers on the in-room phone (reception, housekeeping, hotline, operator). "Details were amazing from quality of bedding to shampoo.... fantastic stay! Having live music is a nice added touch to the lobby restaurant, only recommendation is for the music to be 'background' sound level, the singer was a little too loud... everything else was FANTASTIC! "
