Hotel building and room is a bit out dated but it’s clean. The nice part is the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. "Room size is good, cleaning is done everyday. Fresh bed linen and towels, bathroom amenities restocked everyday for our 10 night stay. Walkable to Kyoto station. Safe area to stay."

"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "
