"The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. However, compared to my last visit, the room this time was very noisy. Also, there were a few 'flying bugs' in the bathroom (possibly from the basin drain) on the first day, but they disappeared after cleaning it out/rinsing it a few times."

"Very convenient location. Supermarket and lots of restaurant choices in the mall below. About 5 minutes walk from City Hall MRT station. The room is clean and very comfortable. We had a long stay and definitely appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette with appliances and fridge ready in our room. Perhaps the only negative comment is the noise from Fire station can sometimes be disturbing during the evening. Otherwise we are very happy with our 3-week stay in Lyf Funan. "

"Very good hotel at an affordable price (to Singapore standards). The room was large and had a nice view of the street, rooms were very clean including the washrooms. There were sufficient toiletries, you could always ask for more at the front counter. Lounge room available on floors 4 and 6 where you could cook and prepare drinks for yourself. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Good location just outside ferrer park station. Overall loved my stay and would come back if I visit Singapore...
