The only concern was issues with the air conditioning at times but a fan was provided so it wasn’t too bad. Overall I felt safe, comfortable & would stay here the next time I am in London !"

"We stay at the Citadine frequently when travelling with our family as our parents like the ease of using the facility as it has a mini kitchen in the room. We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. However, if you are looking for convenient and a place to grab food and bring it back to your room to cook, this is a great spot and they have coffee and tea available all day for free. "

"Stayed in their deluxe studio for 10 nights. It was relatively quiet during the night although you can hear the creaking floor boards above you. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the property at night. The studio facilities were adequate and clean.
