「Home was cosy and spacious. Very private and we loved how cold the aircons were and how comfortable the beds were. A large TV in the lounge was a huge hit for my kids. Also worth mentioning that we did not hear one plane during our 3 days stay considering the airport is close by. Just needs some maintenence as the refrigerator wasn't cold enough both fridge and freezer struggled. Toilet struggled to flush thus causing a clog. 「Property was not overly clean when entered. Lack of communication with property owner and so couldn’t check in till after 3pm. Some electrical issues in one bedroom as well as it lacked basic necessities (kettle)」

「Really nice place, the boys had a lot of fun. Plenty of room inside and out. The pool could use a little attention but it don’t take away from the overall experience.」

「We had a marvellous stay in this large airy, well equipped home. It is situated close to CBD and The Strand for the best choice of fabulous places to eat and drink. It is secure and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Communication was efficient and supportive. Would definitely recommend for family and friends getaway.」

「Staff and Foyer and Welcome was great however I was placed in a room that was under renovation and the bathroom was disgraceful. The bath was marked, tiles broken, mould growing, thick tape still left on the tiles where the soap dispensers were originally placed. A hand cream dispenser which was marked “out of order”. Air conditioner had to be “left on” 24/7 for some reason. Wasn’t really worth $180 a night. Apparently rooms are in the process of being renovated?!? Not sure it’s true or I was...

「Stay was ok the apartment needs some attention carpet was stained, the walls had marks and dents in the kitchen area, the shower door requires some adjustment. The dining table was also in need of replacement. Apartment otherwise was comfortable enough and in a handy position to the city, restaurants close by were great would be an ideal location to stay and go to watch the Townsville Cowboys play a match easy walking distance.」

「Great stay, would happily stay again. Pleased with the undercover, secure parking. Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious. We were on the ground floor and our patio had a lovely view of the ocean. Amazing location for the price.」
