「Hotel was good for overnight stay. Room was clean, day clerk was fast, courteous, and helpful at check in」

「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。 ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。 せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「We stayed in the down stairs unit. We absolutely loved it! The AC worked great and host stocked everything we needed. There are a couple of smart tv with all sorts of stations but it took a few trys to figure the out. LOL We will looked for this condos availability the next time we had to Galveston. 」

「We stayed one night. It was a great location to/from Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium. The place itself was okay, the A/C turning on and off was super loud. We woke up every time it kicked on. There is a parking lot behind the building and people shooting off fireworks at 2-3 am(May 29), no fault of the people who own it, just inconvenient. Since we have kids I always check the windows/doors to make sure they are all locked. Where my kids slept, the extra room(bunkbeds), the window was...

「I enjoyed fhe free pool table in the bar downstairs, and the low key vibe of the bar. Pretty typical hotel bar... in the good way.」

「Suite was clean and smelled nice. This is my 3rd or 4th time to stay here. Love the view, AC was remarkable, shower fantastic and bed very comfortable. I will book here again. Hope the Host stays around a while.」
