「I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

「My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays and the holidays. We have always wanted to see Manhattan at Christmastime and this place was a perfect spot to see everything and do everything we wanted to do. We would wake up and have a delicious breakfast, which is provided, and head out for the day. We were able to walk everywhere. we walked to Central Park, shopping, Rockefeller Plaza, Broadway, and it's right next to Carnagie Hall, so we were able to see Amy Grant's Christmas Show. 「The studio is spacious and luxurious with everything you could need. Pristine condition. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location close to Fifth Ave, Central Park, MOMA, excellent restaurants. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday. Loved soaking up the atmosphere a the famous King Cole Bar on the premises. Would definitely stay again.」

「오래된 하우스였지만 침구도 깨끗하고 편했어요 오래된 나무 집이라 마루가 삐걱거리는 소음은 있었지만 큰 방해는 안됐어요 위치도 뉴왁 펜 스태이션과 가까워 nj transit 이나 path 를 타고 맨해튼에 쉽게 갈수 있었어요 20분 정도 열차를 타면 됩니다 」

「Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!」

「We traveled to NJ to attend a family celebration. The accommodations were great but we experienced vandalism on our car. The window was busted out on the driver's side and they damaged the inside of the vehicle. It was a Sunday of a holiday weekend and there were no repair shops open. We had to drive 5 hours home to VA with no window and the humidity was horrendous.」

「ホテルやサービスアパートの様なホスピタリティーサービスは全く無いです。サービスは完璧にレンタルアパートとして部屋を提供しているというフロントの対応でした。現地支払いでは、クレジットカードをチェックインで提出を求められる。カード機はないのでカードナンバーを手打ちでPCにフロントマンが記録し、クレジットカードから金額が引き落とされる。現地ではレシートや支払い証明書はない。カード使用控えなども無い。支払いの仕方の説明などはフロントから全くない、身勝手にカードを使われてるような違和感を感じ不安であった。カード支払いに説明を求めたがフロントの対応は（”マリオットホテルではないので諦めろ。）と言った。部屋は広く２ベットルームもバスもキッチンも情報どうり。キッチン道具もキチンと揃っている。国連の並びで窓から１AVが見える。昼間はクラクションの音が目立つがニューヨークマンハッタンなら普通レベル。」
