「I enjoyed being at the harbor and CB using the water taxi to visit areas of Charleston. While I enjoyed my meals at the Fish House, I wished there was a dining option at the hotel for breakfast or brunch! It is a beautiful area of Charleston and everyone was pleasant and very helpful. 」

「Spent 4 wonderful nights there for our 45th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been nicer. We came back to our room one afternoon and they delivered chocolate covered strawberries and Prosecco, what a wonderful surprise! It’s a beautiful hotel with lush tropical gardens and a relaxed atmosphere. We’re going to be back next year….maybe sooner 😉」

「The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage...

「Only problem was our tv was not getting all the Chanel’s went to the desk they said would send someone fight up waited 2 hrs no show. Called down 2 more times, same response and never showed up. When we checked out we reported this and all we got was sorry. Not good enough.」

「As stated above and very much loved our suite..... decor, age of the buildings, grounds and staff. If were back in Charleston, we'll stay with you again」

「Check in was simple and easy, parking is in a lot half a block across the street. Room interior was as described, balcony was tiny, barely enough room for 2 people. Kitchen was very small with almost no counter space. Stove and oven was tricky to figure out as all the markings on the knobs have worn off. Property was ok, small basic pools indoor and out. Good place for 2-3 people max. Access to the beach was good. Overall I'd give it a low 4 overall.」

「From the moment I made the reservation, Anthony was available. But the details he shared basically answered any questions I had. We had flight interruption, putting us into MB a day and a half late. I kept in touch with Anthony and he attempted to keep my spirits lifted. We had an issue with one of the TV's (NCAAA Basketball going on, so it was needed). He did his best to troubleshoot and ended up replacing the TV the next day. Once our luggage finally caught up with us, we began what ended up...
