ユニオンスクエアのまんまえというかなり便利な場所にあり、治安もまあまあです。スタッフも皆明るくて快適に過ごせました。サンフランシスコが初めての人にもおすすめです。

立地条件もよく、部屋も使いやすくとても良かったと思います。ただカフェはあったのですが、レストランと呼べるものはなくホテルから出れば周りに色々あるので必要ないとの考えでしょうが、私達は疲れて外で店を探して歩きたくなかったので、ホテル内にレストランがあったら良かったと思いました。

日本人におすすめできる、十分なとても良いホテルです。建物自体は趣があります。部屋はとてもきれいですし、食事や売店も少しあるので便利です。スタッフもとても丁寧で、こちらの拙い英語や質問も優しく答えてくれました。立地がとても良く、お店もたくさん周りにあります。安全とは言い切れないアメリカの街でも比較的安心して過ごせる場所だと思います。デポジットとDestinationfeeがややこしく少し困りましたが、デポジットはあくまでデポジットで費用はかからない、Destinationfeeは一泊あたり2?ドル程度でした。

ただ1人のフロントスタッフの女性の方が最悪。予約ないと言われパスポートも投げ返す再度トライしてもらったら予約してあった模様、明らかに彼女のミス。謝罪もなし。到着すぐで不安と怒りで疲れた。その他のスタッフはとても素晴らしく優しかったです。名前確認しとけば良かったです。

The room had almost no amenities, big bottle of shampoo and conditioner were empty, no slippers or bathrobe. They will bring you if you ask for it, but definitely not the kind of service I expected.

ユニオンスクエアに面して便利

ユニオンスクエアに面しておりとても便利です。ユニオンスクエアは、アイススケートリンクになって賑わってました。お水はフロントで無料でもらえます。また遅くまでロビーにパスタなど食べれる所があり、周りのレストランが21時位で閉店しても安心感があります。

素敵なホテルでした！駐車場はホテル内よりユニオンスクエアの地下が安かったのでそちらに停めました。アメニティーの準備が少なくて電話でお願いしましたがすぐに持ってきていただけました。

一通りの設備は整備されている。立地もたいへん便利。部屋は静かで快適に過ごせました。一方で、日本国内の最新のホテルのような湯沸し、洗濯機、電子レンジなどはない。ジムにシャワーがなく、タオルすら置いていないのには驚いた。

I've stayed at this property multiple times and each time I enjoy my stay. It's a 10 min walk to China town and a 5 minute driver to Fisherman's wharf. The rooms are nice and I love the views from the Tower. The staff is friendly and accomodating. I look forward to my next venture here.

The St. Francis hotel is a beautiful and historic building near Union Square in SF. It is conveniently located near a lot of popular destinations and near the famous cable car lines. My stay was very comfortable thanks to the wonderfully maintained rooms and courteous staff. I will definitely be considering staying here on my next visit.

Staff was incredibly friendly, restaurant on site was great and hotel was conveniently located and walkable. Valet parking 24/7 was well worth it, and the hotel was clean and pretty. Would definitely stay again!

I lost my earpods - and search located through my app - and it pointed me to Westin , but when i called i was told they did not find any .

The building itself was very well kept and the staff were fantastic and very attentive. The individual hotel room was small but we try to keep in mind this is a major city so space can be limited, but it was a really small room. Also, the water temperature was weak when it came to hot water. Location was good to get everywhere we needed to in the city.

The property itself was stunning. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was beautiful. The area around the hotel was rough. Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself.

What can I say about our fave SF property? Best location to amazing dining and shopping and this time the property was decked out in cherry blossoms! We were greeted by Luis who I have to say was absolutely beyond belief! Never had a welcome like what he provided! Then Jeff, our stellar concierge ..wow! These two are worth more than we can express!! Thank you for another memorable experience and we can’t wait to visit again soon

I lost my earpods apple and i search it via my mobile app find my device and it pointed me to westin , and so i called :( unfortunately the lost and found department told me nothing was reported , but my app “ find my device “ pointing me to Westin .
