「It’s a nice clean hotel in a great location. We had a room right at the elevator which was noisy while people spoke loudly and waited for the lift. Fire alarm was inconvenient and disruptive. Waited for the thumbs up before being allowed back in. Cause was not hotels fault. Just unfortunate. 」

「My children and I had a wonderful two-night stay. We were highly impressed by how clean the apartment was. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, although it would be advisable to bring a larger knife for cutting watermelon, as well as your own sugar and seasonings if you plan on cooking. 「Initially we were having an issue because we didn’t know there would be people staying in the basement. The people in the basement were extremely disruptive. There was a strange smell coming from under the sink and one of the smoke detectors wasn’t secured to the ceiling. They sent someone out to fix this one but we were out at the time. There is only Netflix on the tv that we could find and the sofa bed actually did not have a mattress on it- this issue we didn’t discover until our last day...

「Had a great relaxing stay in a serene environment 5 minutes away from maximum civilization. You can get anything you need minutes away or just stay in and relax. 1 hr from Toronto is perfect!」

「This property had an amazing very central location, the property was very clean and once we got our check-in information it was very easy (though it did not come in advance of us arriving for check-in which was a bit stressful). The beds were very comfortable and the home very private! We had all the space we could ever need and were well set for nice bedding and towels! We loved our stay and would stay again!」

「Room was stinky like foot odd, some guests were playing loud music till mid night. House keeper sometimes forgot to arrange towel and bath mat. Good to save money, but not so comfortable to stay long term.」

「The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk service is worse than what can be imagined. Sometimes ask for the same thing 3 times regardless by phone or face to face and still being ignored after told they would do it soon, e.g.lack of body wash, no bath mat, etc.」
