「Excellent villas. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay here. 」

「清潔感のある部屋でとても満足しました！」

「車などの移動手段が有れば立地的には、問題が無いと思いますが設備やアメニティに問題があります。タオルは日によって数やフェイスタオルがなかったりブラインドは、ほぼ無いので朝の日差しで眠れませんでした。もう少し部屋の手入れをして欲しいと思います。」

「Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place 」

「I liked the villa, but photos did not represent the villa. Thevilla was clean and in a good postion near the night market, however the pictures on the site do not look like villa. If you wanting a villa with luxury furnishings them this is not the place for you. I would have preferred to stay in a 5 star hotel... for the same cost. However the private pool was good.」

「Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc」

「Terrible facility. Over 20 masquitoes from humid shower room, wet towel but not well dried, extra charge for clean up in spite of room floor covered with dust even at the time of check in. Furthermore, since 4:30AM, young big party next to our villa suddenly made noise untill 7:00AM. I tried to call to clerk but there is no line because they have no reception. Even though I called smartphone in accordance with guidance, but no one picked it up. 」

「Really good acomodation - modern, comfortable, quiet and secure. Only problem is location!! Very far from beach and any shops etc. Not within walking distance so taxis needed or a car rental arrgned then hard to find parking at destination. Complex itself very good but surrounded by acres of derelict sites. No evidence of the water park shown in the ad - must have been a victeim of covid!!」

「寝室 リビング プールともに写真の通り綺麗で良かったです。 ただし、チェックアウト時に、ゴミ捨て グラスなど洗い物は各自しなければなりません。 デポジットはカード使えず現金のみ。 予約時に確認した地図の場所と、実際の場所が全然違って予定してたことが何もできなかった。急遽別のホテルを予約した。 車がないと何もできません。山奥とは言いませんが、周りに何もなく、夜間は真っ暗でした。 タクシー呼んでも90分待たされた挙句、ウォーキングストリートまで800バーツかかりました。 ヴィラ内でだけで過ごすなら快適だろうけど、外出するならお勧めできません。」

「I stayed in the downstairs with the private pool and it was well worth it. Location is a bit hard to find by taxi but once you are there one time it’s easy after that. Great small restaurants, bar and convenience store close as well. Very quiet at night which was also a plus! It is located in south pattaya not north.」

「Mükemmel konum, çok güzel bir ev. Çok ilgili ev sahibi. Çok güzel bir seyahattı 」

「整體來說是合格的， 不過設施比較老舊， 並且沒有配套， 純粹用來住宿」

「以前は静かな環境でした。海岸がすぐそばで、のんびりできました。 しかし、今は地元の観光客でにぎわっているのはいいのですが、12時過ぎまで大音響で音楽を流しているので、うるさいです。特に海が見えるワンランク上の部屋は、海に近い分、音もひどいので、スタンダードの方が快適だと思います。こちらも海が全く見えない訳ではなく、むしろ初めに通された3階のデラックスルームは、窓から屋根と木しか見えません。さすがに部屋を替えてもらいました。」

「Frühstück war von der Auswahl unzureichend, der Käse war alt und glasig. Die Schlafzimmer sind zu klein, bei fast allen Fernbedienungen waren die Batterien zu schwach und würden dann nur teilweise ausgetauscht! Die Außenanlagen waren nicht gepflegt, Blätter verwelkt oder Pflanzen verwildert. Pool war nicht gepflegt, verwelkte Blätter am Grund und der Rasen am Pool teilweise vertrocknet.」
