"I really enjoyed my stay at Sereneburi. It’s really well kept for Patong. I tried to extent my first stay here because the room and bed was so comfortable, but they were fully booked. Also biggest problem I had was housekeeping kept on taking my room key card. That’s huge for security issues if they’re giving it to somebody outside the property. "Good location if you’re wanting to have some distance from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Rd - approx 15 minute walk. The hotel is quite beautiful with a gorgeous pool. The staff were all absolutely amazing, so attentive, kind and answered any of our silly questions. The rooms are decent with really good beds although there is a sewerage scent that comes and goes but if you keep your toilet lid down, it’s mostly okay. Family friendly and affordable, would recommend. "
