"It was a perfect base for our stay - location-wise it's pretty unbeatable in its proximity to DisneyWorld, and nestled as it is in a large, well-maintained and quiet gated complex (bigger than I realized) . "Overall we enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills- the amenities including the pool were well maintained and our little one enjoyed the splash pad (the water in the splash pad was freezing for the adults supervising, however the pool was warm). "This was a great choice for our vacation. Exactly what we were looking for - good location, clean condo, enough space for four people to stay comfortably, place to cook a few meals so we don’t have to eat out every day, nice pool/slides for the kids. Overall a great choice. Would 100% recommend. Owner was great to work with and no hassle with communication or check in process. About 10-15min drive to any Disney park, there is Island H2O water park within 10min drive and 3 min away for groceries...

"The salt water pool is heated. The mattresses were lumpy, shower in master bath wasn't useable, carpet is worn, ice dispenser stuck. In need of some updating but overall was a good value. Front desk people were great and super helpful. "

"We have stayed at WH several times before, but this property is completely updated and so tastefully decorated for this avid Disney family. We also appreciated having a full stock of some of the necessities such as TP and dishwasher tablets. Not a big deal, really, but sometimes it’s the little things. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We received from the bellboy the wrong information about the shuttle time and the logistic on how to get to our terminal. We had to wait almos 45 minutes for a shuttle. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Also he told us that someone was going to call us early to wake us up but nobody did it. Our flight was very early. Please make sure all the employees have the right information for guests. Thanks "
