Communication with the owner was on point- the gate to the tiny home had been broken prior to my arrival, a repairman was sent immediately to fix the situation. If you prefer spartan, clean and quiet experience, this property is perfect!」

As soon as we walked in we were faced with a strong animal urine smell, sticky floors, and hair in the bathroom. Within minutes of letting our ten month old crawling/walking on the floor, his feet turned black. We didn’t feel comfortable letting him on the floor after that which was a major inconvenience. 「I had a hard tine finding the property and should have called immediately because Maggie would have saved me. I also couldn't figure out the lock box but she helped me on that too. Otherwise the place was just like the photos, one block from the Convention center where my meetings were being held.」

「This was the first VRBO I’ve done and it couldn’t have been an easier experience! To call this our home for a week was easy! So cute and perfect for a family of 4, came out to LA for my son’s 10th birthday. There is a garage for parking and it is shared with 1 other renter but it was never an issue. The place is so cute, has outdoor seating, quiet neighborhood and down the road from all sorts of food,gas and stores! It was 30 mins from Universal studios and beats staying in the surrounding areas...

「Nice location. Excellent parking arrangements. Entertainment was wonderful. The owner was easily accessible to assist with complicated checkin procedures. Light switches, fan and top of refrigerator need to be cleaned.」

「The unit is small but welcoming and has great conveniences. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast so the small quarters was not a problem. There is limited space for suitcases and toiletry bags. Secure and quiet on a nice residential street.」

「Direction into the property is a bit fuzzy since it's a gated community. But there was enough traffic that the gate can be opened by other cars going in or out. The host is always very responsive, though.」
