浴槽の蛇口から茶色の水が出てきました。 部屋には、前のお客さんの名前の分かる落とし物がありました。 今回、案内された部屋は、ホテルの排気口らしきものの目の前の部屋で、ずっと排気音が聞こえました。 最終日、ホテルに荷物を預けて出かけましたが、預けには手数料がかかり、やや高額に感じました。また受付時間内に、取りに行ったにもかかわらず、係員が終業前だからか、受付を拒否し、ベルキャプテンに問い合わせるように言われ、ベルキャプテンのところに行ってみると、まだ受付時間内だから受付のところに行くように言われ、そうこうしているうちに乗る予定だった電車に乗ることができなくなりました。

The hotel doesn’t have a room service. They don’t even give you water. Except the poor cleaning crew, the rest of the staff especially the receptionists are not friendly at all. They always answer you with attitude.

Just gives the impression of being rundown for such an expensive hotel. Lots of little issues: they forgot to put shampoo in the shower (unless they never do), the built-in Starbucks shares the space with a bar and is only open part of the day, the ironing board is awkwardly situated in the closet and hard to get out, etc.

The hotel charges $5 per bag for luggage storage and does not provide bottled water. Shower caps and slippers are not included in the room and must be requested from guest services. Despite the $300 per night rate, the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the price of this “fancy” hotel, the bed was pretty uncomfortable, the room tiny, only shampoo and lotion for room amenities. The staff was impatient and short with us when we wanted to use the complimentary bike rental. Overall, a $49/night motel 6 would be just as good.

I DO NOT appreciate the $30 per day charge which you only get back in food credit. With a Use it or lose it aspect. The server in the bar cafe could have cared less about service and the turkey BLT I had was awful. I have no idea how you mess up a turkey sandwich I do not know. And who did the plumbing renovation? Horrible handle situation-and the cable TV is atrocious. Clean, yeah, close to Times Square and theaters, yeah. But Oh boy, if God is in the details she is looking away from this property.
