「Old Victorian with rooms in out buildings. When we checked in we were disappointed that the advertized free parking was not available. The dining room was very attractive and the breakfast food was tasty, but a small portion, compared to other B&B's. The bathroom and one of the bedroom windows were missing curtains. Two of the windows were not attached to their frames, so they were threatening to fall into the room. The bed was comfortable. The decor was nice, but sparse. No chair, no bedside...

「Pictures misrepresent the state of accommodations. House is very old, bathroom is falling apart and we asked for an ocean view room - you could barely see it out of one corner of the window. 「Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view.
