「APPARTEMENT spacieux, agréable et proche de toutes commodités. La voiture est restée dans le parking pendant tout notre séjour. Gare, Super U, balades, piscine, casino, tout est à proximité immédiate. L'accueil par le propriétaire était parfait.」

「Breathtaking views, wonderful apartment in a converted grand hotel. You do need to be able bodied to handle the stairs from the Casino up but the view is worth it. Make sure you locate the escalators on day one.」

Vue hallucinante , piscine a débordement vue mer incroyable et propriétaires absolument charmants ! A deux pas de l'Italie, 10 mn de Monaco ou de Nice, la Riviera dans toute sa splendeur !!!」

「Très belle appartement bien situé 10 minutes à pied de la mer et du centre en plus une place de parking en sous-sol indispensable, la piscine un peu petite par rapport au nombre de résidents mais sa passe pour se tremper, le point négatif c'est la terrasse, belle terrasse mais quasi impossible de manger dehors, et oui les moustiques sont affamés dommage, mais superbe appartement.」

「Nous avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes-2 enfants) dans cet appartement. Le quartier est calme, la vue à couper le souffle, une terrasse avec une partie ombragée pour passer une grande partie des repas. D’ailleurs nous passions plus de temps dehors que dedans. Même si on est proche géographiquement de la ville. Il demeure que l’appartement est en haut d’une côté avec en plus une soixantaine de marches bien pentus. 「We are one month into our European trip and have stayed at 10 different places so far but this has been the best by far .Yes it has 54 steps to get to the rooms and I have a broken foot so it wasn't easy but it was worth it .Lovely rooms - loads of space, well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfy beds .Then there was the outside terrace with views to die for.We stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave .Menton is wonderful and this place is well situated between 2 great beaches .Loved it」

「Location idéalement située. Conforme à la description. En revanche, petit bémol concernant la restitution de la caution qui n'a pas été effectué par la dame d'accueil. En effet, malgré le message envoyé la veille avant la restitution de la location, aucune nouvelle de sa part. Nous avions laissé 30 € de caution en accord avec la dame d'accueil, mais nous n'en avons plus vue la couleur. Vraiment dommage car le séjour était sympathique.」

「Es war alles bestens: Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, Lage, Ausstatung. Wir kommen wieder! Auf der Zufahrtsstraße haben wir auch immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Zur Not wäre ein Parkhaus gewesen, 5 Gehminuten über die Treppe. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und eine Jugendliche. Platz ist aber durch die Schlafcouch auch für mehr. Die Toilette im Schrank ist zwar ungewöhnlich, war für uns aber kein Problem. Wir hatten so richtiges WG-Feeling.」

「2 Wochen im April 2024 in einer Top-Fewo:elegant eingerichtet,hell u freundlich,rund 9m lange raumhohe Fenster und Terrassentüren zum gleich langen Balkon.Zentral gelegen,trotzdem absolut ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse.Nur 100m zum Carrefour-Supermarkt ,200m zum Strand, 10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof.Freundlicher Verwalter.Absolut empfehl enswert: 5 Sterne」

「Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, citynah und Strandnah gelegen. Von der Seite hat man super Blick auf den Strand. Leider ist es sehr laut in der Straße aber da kann man nichts machen. Die Wohnung liegt in der 5.Etage mit Aufzug, leider fiel dieser die letzten 2 Tage aus so das man bis in diese immer laufen muss! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit so konnten wir unsere Ebikes im Keller unterstellen. Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen zu empfehlen!」

「The apartment was new and we were among the 3 first customers to use the facility. It was very clean, safe and well structured for any need. It consisted of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The parking space is covered and is located under the apartment. As the announcement says, the area is quiet and there were no neighbors. The location is strategic as it is halfway between Nice and Monte-Carlo. The person who welcomed us is very nice and helpful. He was an expert on the place and was able...
