"When we arrived at 8 pm at night, no one was at the front desk. There was a note - 'back at 9 pm.' One of our party was elderly, tired and hungry. The restaurant was closed. Did not see any vending machines. Then, only 2 of our 3 bookings could be found initially. We almost did not have a 3rd room! ..."
