Although we had an enjoyable 1st family holiday the Warwick was unfortunately not what we were expecting. It's listed as 5 star accommodation but it is more like 3 star. We booked the suite room and it was very average, on arrival we had a few hiccups, one of the main ones being that the doors didn't not lock from the inside, there was a horrible red/mouldy stain on the cot mattress that made us very concerned for the cleanliness of the place. Although there was housekeeping, we ran out of toilet paper and didn't get provided with clean coffee mugs although we asked for them regularly. I had to do the dishes every morning to ensure we had clean cups for the day.
The food was lovely but restaurants got booked out quickly. There was no book in the room explaining what the resort had to offer which was a little frustrating at times, there were activities on the resort but you had to walk down to the kids pool every morning to see what was on but never it had very limited information, suggest doing the resort orientation and taking down some notes at the start of your stay.
The location of our room (ground level/pool access) was great as we had a baby and toddler that napped we were able to still go for a swim and relax by the pool and know that we're in close. proximity. The view around the resort was beautiful and everyone was friendly. As our kids were to young for kids club we utilised the nanny service which was great and affordable.
