「一棟のコンドミニアムで、静粛で快適でした。またバーベキューグリルも使えプールサイドでバーベキューを楽しむことができました」

「海に面しており、岩に砕ける波の音で眠れないほどです笑。景色、特にサンセットは秀逸です。プール下の海には海亀がいました。施設は古いので、不潔ではないですがそれなりの劣化はあるので、承知して泊まることをお勧めします。1番困ったのはフロント対応が土日全くの不在ということです。連絡先は教えてくれますが、英語に不慣れなものには不便極まりなかったです。けど、フロントの方は親切です。ポイプビーチには歩いていけます。ちなみに、プールは深く、ほとんど足がつかないので、子供には不向きです。また照明設備がないのでプールは日没でクローズでした。」

「チェックインしようとしたらオフィスらしき建物は閉まっていて電話してという貼り紙がドアにあっただけ。通りすがりの親切な方が電話してくれて部屋に入ることが出来た。次の日チェックインしようとしたらフロントが敷地内になく仕方なく電話したらポイプショアーズにあるとのこと。チェックインの必要はないようだったが、部屋のディスポーザーが壊れてたりセイフティボックスの鍵がなかったりしたので言いに行った。その時クリーンフィーを払ったが、冷蔵庫にはトマトが残ってたりタオルが足りなかったりでちゃんと掃除したのか疑問。ディスポーザーがなおったのは3日後、セイフティボックスの鍵はもらえずじまい。日本から行っているので自分たちの電話は使いたくない。電話を用意しておくかフロントの地図を張っておいて欲しかった。 部屋は広くて風通しがよく居心地良かったので残念。」

「The owners have obviously gone out of their way to ensure this place has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is very well-equipped with high end appliances and all necessary gadgets. The beds are comfortable with supportive mattresses and breathable linens. The towels are plush and soft. The beach chairs and umbrella are premium quality and in great shape. The bathrooms are spa-inspired. And the views of the ocean from the grounds are breathtaking. All in all a fantastic and luxurious place...

「The stay was so enjoyable. The views were amazing. The condo was well stocked with items need for the beach and for cooking, as well as sleeping comfortably. We loved walking to the coconut marketplace and everything was so convenient and a pretty easy drive to our adventures we planned for the week. We would absolutely stay here again. What a gem!! We loved it.」

「This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!」

「Nice condo to stay in Kauai. My gf and I were here for a 3 day trip so really just needed a place to sleep while we hiked/snorkeled/explored the island. Clean condo, with a nice pool and you can access the beach out the back to see the sunrise. Nice breeze flows through the unit and it was quiet at night. Location is very close to the airport and you can easily get to north or south shore in 35-45 min in rather direction. Overall would recommend and we will book again next next time we visit!...

「We paid for a week upfront and I was surprised at checkout when they charged me $380 for resort fees and taxes. This should have been explained upfront. The place was wonderful though. Just be prepared for daily fees of $17 for parking, $22 resort fees, 4.71% general tax and 13.25% accommodation tax… all daily.」

「My husband and I had a wonderful time at West's studio in Princeville! We were on the island for a week, and this was the perfect spot for a couple. The studio was very clean and well stocked for a week at the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, and coolers West has for guests to use. The outdoor kitchen was also great and very well stocked for a VRBO (I've made many a vacation meal with far fewer utensils and cooking implements). The sink is inside, which you...

「Great place to have a home base. Right next to pool, hot tub, beach. Short walk to shops, coffee etc. Good driving distance to all the things.」

「The location of this unit is centralized to everything that you could possibly need and was extremely convenient. It was nice to be able to take a stroll along the coast in the evening. The unit also provided many essentials. The beds were extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. Donna responded to all of our questions quickly.」

「セーフティボックスありとなっていたが、滞在した部屋にはなかった（探し回ったが見つけられなかった）。一台あたりの駐車スペースが狭く停めづらい。ビーチタオル交換の説明がなかった（説明書になし）。土日はフロントが休みで連絡先は知らされているが、英語の連絡はハードルが高く、相談出来なかった。景観は素晴らしいが、海岸の岩に打ち付ける波の音が想像以上で（これはホテルの問題ではない）、あらかじめ覚悟が必要。砕ける波、沈む夕日、目の前の海に浮かぶ海亀、楽しみはいっぱいあるので、音が気になる人は耳栓を持参して、このホテルを楽しんでほしい。ポイプビーチまでは歩いて行くのも可能。」
