Enjoyed the hot tub. Restaurant breakfast was fine. Felt like jams and ketchup should be on the table, so that it wouldn't be necessary to ask for them, Mugs were put on our table when we arrived, but then when we declined coffee and asked for water insteaad, a bottle of water was brought but we were not brought water gkasses. I felt we were just expected to just serve ourselves our water in our mugs. Maybe a Continental breakfast buffet would be better. Toast, cold cereal and muffins and coffee. I had to call reception because the ironing board in the room was defective, I phoned twice and had to leave messages, I felt it would be better to have the call answered by a realperson, rather than by a recorded message..

Not much privacy in our room. Totally visible from Many other rooms……unless we close curtains and have no daylight. Sink in bedroom area is a little different…….

We expected way more for the price we paid. This is a standard motel style room. Nothing fancy at all. For the same cost we had a beautiful full condo with spectacular view in Banff Next time we will stay in Hinton (40 minutes from Jasper) and get more bang for our buck. The towels and the shower pressure were the best thing of this place.

This was my second time staying at the Tonquin Inn. The staff are great and I love that there is a bar/restaurant below. They also have 2 outdoor hot tubs and a pool! Very walkable to city centre.
