「3泊しました 部屋が広くて料理　洗濯ができるため ホテルより便利です フロントがなくメールの説明でチェックインするため 車を止めて部屋に入るのにちょっと迷いました ベニスビーチまで近く毎朝快適に散歩ができました」

「I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.」

「Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. 「We have stayed here once before because it is close to where our grandkids live. Last year it was hot and the pool was just what we needed. It was a little cooler this time it the kids still got to swim( we book the 3 bedroom and register the kids as guests). Host is very accommodating and seemed to have stocked some items for breakfast. We appreciate their hospitality.」

「Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!」
