空港からたいへん近く便利であった。フロントスタッフの対応を素晴らしく良く気持ちよく滞在できた。ブレックファーストも品数も豊富で美味しく戴いた。大満足のホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

We have stayed in this hotel when it snowed and very cold. To walk to the airport with heavy luggages was not so easy because of accumulated snow on the load, and the elevator to downstairs was out of order.

ヘルシンキ早朝の発着だったので、空港徒歩圏内のこちらに2泊しました。思ったより歩きましたが時間に制限なく市内に出るなら、地下鉄に乗るために、地下深くエスカレーターを乗り継ぎ深く降りていくより市内へのバス停留所が近く市内から空港に行く時も何番線のホームから出発するかギリギリまでわからない地下鉄に乗るよりバスの方が決まったバス停で待っていさえすればバスが到着。バス停もホテルに近いので、結果、到着日は地下鉄往復、2日目は往復バスにしました。ホテルの口コミから離れましたが、結果私にとっては便利なロケーションのホテルでした。

施設もきれいで、部屋も広くて良かったです。空港隣接ですが、飛行機の騒音は全く聞こえませんでした。ホテルまでの通路が良く整備されていないのて、所々、雪道になってます。

快適な滞在

飛行機便の都合で１拍しましたが非常に快適でした。バスタブもあり室内は清潔で朝食もおいしかったです。荷物が直行で羽田へ行くことになってしまったため必要なものがなく、スマートフォンの充電をフロントの方にお願いしたら快くやっていただけました。

予約確認が出来なかった。

飛行機が飛ぶかどうかわからなかったので、宿泊当日の16時に予約をし、予約完了メールを受け取ったので安心してホテルへ向かった。ホテルに到着したのは23時過ぎ。チェックインしようと思ったら、あなたの予約はありませんと言われた。こちらの予約完了メールを見せて、いろいろ調べてもらったがやっぱり見つからないので、ホテル側でもう一度予約するとのこと。小さい子供連れなので、早くチェックインして寝かせたいのに、もうすぐもうすぐと言われて30分ほどかかって、子供は疲れて寝そうになっていた。部屋は行けたのは、24時近かった。チェックアウトの時は、レセプションの人が変わっていたので、こちらは予約時に支払いが終わっているのに、支払いして下さいと言われて前日の出来事を説明するのに少し時間がかかった。こういうことは、たまにあるとのこと。 Hotels.comのミスで、ホテルは悪くないのか？とも思ったが、たまにあることで、部屋がたくさん空いているならもう少し子連れに配慮して早く部屋に案内出来たのではないかと思った。ペットボトルの水も有料で、3.5€もした。水道水がありますと言われた。空港ホテルなのに、徒歩８分で、砂利道、雪の山、坂道があったので、子連れでスーツケースを転がしていくのが大変だった。シャトルバスなどもないとのこと。タクシーだと、10〜15€かかる。

ヘルシンキ空港に隣接するホテルの1つで、今回他の国へ乗り換える際に一度入国して利用しました。ホテルとしてはいいホテルでヒルトンということもあり安心感があります。ただ空港隣接している3つのホテルの中で一番空港から遠いです。大した距離ではないともいえますが、一応注意が必要かなと思いました。

It was a great hotel for business travel. There is nothing much at the airport, but the public transportation is excellent and a train station is within 200 yards. The hotel is new and modern.

Pretty hotel with access to the metro and the airport a stones throw away. We decided to stay in a hotel last minute since we had an extensive layover and it was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly even suggesting where we could catch the train and the two or three landmarks worth looking at while visiting the capital.

A very good option if travelling early from Helsinki Airport. Being so close to the airport you have a lot of food options there. I had access to Executive Lounge which at 6 pm included nice range of finger food with drink available at all times. I arrived early the day before a reception stored my bag. Very courteous staff.

The hotel has sauna facility that is opened from 6-11 p.m. for guest use. Breakfast for $31 Euro is not worthy of the price based on what is available.
