"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"The property has a good location quite clear to the Times Square. At this, it has 2 drawbacks: 1) There are only 3 elevators for 40-store building which is definitely not enough 2) The breakfast is very limited in choice. And there is no enough tables to sit. "
