「We went to a show at the Capital Theater and this place was very convenient. Had a nice dinner in walking distance as well. The building is old and kind of gross, but the apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean.」

「Need to add a few things.... night stands, dresser with drawers for clothes, big mirror to see entire body before going out, need to replace ceiling fans make noise, not a bad place to stay, these are just my suggestions to make this place for future guest..」

「Overall property was good but had two major flaws. Bed was way too small and hard, and couch in living area was not functional and in poor condition. Good proximity to downtown Stamford. Property manager was very attentive. Despite flaws mentioned above (which should be an easy fix) we enjoyed our stay.」

Leider war die Bettwäsche leicht verschmutzt, da allerdings in den Schränken Bettwäsche war, konnte ich diese selber wechseln, wofür ich mir auch nicht zu schade bin. Das einzige was wir nicht gut fanden, sind die undichten Fenster von denen es sehr reinzog. Ansonsten hat alles top funktioniert, die Heizung, es gab sogar Wärmelüftungen, die haben wir zwar nicht genutzt aber es gab welche. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Sharon war zu jeder Zeit...

They did have a cleaning person come in the next day and also provided air purifiers on request but still... my mom and I got daily headaches and nightly coughing fits. We are convinced in addition to the dust everywhere, there may be mold. We ended up extending our trip for a month. The unit was available but we booked...

「First, Darwin was very responsive and flexible, after a 12 hr drive he was gracious enough to accommodate an early AM check in. Secondly, the location was ideal, close to downtown and grocery store. Lastly, the apartment itself had everything we needed, it was neat and spacious enough for our family. I would definitely recommend.」
