「Room was dirty and couch looked like it had been drug out of trash pile. Shower had zero water pressure 」

「My son and I were in town for work and chose this location. Everything was great. We were so close to Chattanooga and to where we worked, but remote enough to just hang out by the river if we wanted. Went into 'Nooga a few times (I recommend the Aquarium and pedestrian bridge over the river), and then worked further north most of the time. It was peaceful and restful when we weren't working. The owner was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again.」

「A very quaint well managed property. A welcome change from corporate chain hotels with featureless rooms. A pleasant area of Chattanooga to stay in, enjoyed Tony’s for dinner one evening. 」

「We love everything about this hotel .. the room so relaxing and clean.. very modern and beach vibes !!! Greeted at front when we chose to do valet parking …the staff outside are very friendly, receptionist are nice as well!! Our room is all the way to the end of the hotel but very close to the rooftop outdoor pool which is so convenient !!! The outdoor pool is so awesome with the Ferris wheel background and the fountain views is to die for!! The bartender is rude when we asked for towels he said...

「Hotel was really nice service and valets were excellent. Only complaint was the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed fully and the indoor pool was freezing room was heated pool was not. Overall excellent stay definitely would go back.」

「Price isn't as good as it sounds. Would have given it 5 ⭐ but upon check out there was a $22 a day parking fee. I even asked if I needed a parking pass which I did need. But, there was never an mention about a fee. When I asked about it she said it clearly states it on the parking pass. Given that you don't have an option if you want to park at the hotel it should've been mentioned up front. There's no where else to park and I've never stayed at a hotel that charges you for parking. 」
