「The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...

「This place is so beautiful I do not want to leave. The only improvement I would suggest would be a USB port for charging devices. Other than that the place is clean,comfortable and about perfect. 」

「Loved Cosey room but for the most part is location. Pool in the back and beach in the front. 2 min walk is a restaurant on the beach with the view of the sunset for dinner. Amazing place to stay. 」

「他の方の口コミにもありましたが、チェックインの場所がとてもわかりにくかった。部屋は清潔で、快適な部屋の配置でした。洗濯機、冷蔵庫は良かったのですが、コーヒーメーカーがかなりの年代物で使えませんでした。キッチンコンロは蚊取り線香型で、フライパン、食器、、、かなり古いものでしたが、一応使えました。しかし、この値段でしたら、また利用したいと思います。エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを2階まで運ぶのは大変でした。駐車場もストレスなく利用できました。アパートメント型ですので、無料の部屋の掃除、タオル、シーツ交換、ごみの片付けはありませんでした。有料でありましたが、利用しませんでした。」

「Went to Sarasota for Graduation. Perfect home for 3 generations of family to stay. Beautiful property on a baby peninsula into the bay, island right across the way where birds came to roost for the night. Lovely to just sit and watch the bay, but also awesome pool and really enjoyed adding pontoon boat rental. Able to cook most meals at home. Great location for accessing Sarasota and Bradenton schools/restaurants/beaches but also didn’t have much desire to leave the house.」

「My husband and I enjoyed this amazing property for our anniversary! We loved the proximity to the beach and walkable to bridge street. We had a car, and went to the north end of the island, but also took the trolley which was super easy. This home is so comfortable, cozy, sweetly decorated and clean. We definitely want to go back again!」

「I can't rate this appartment enough, it was the most beautiful, quirky awesome beach condo! The beds where super comfy, the kitchen was really well stocked and the place was immaculate. Plus access to a grill and smoker ( which made me super happy). The appartment is only a short hop to AMI, or bradenton and easy acces to Cortez. Doug and Candy (the owners) live downstairs and where super friendly with recomendations and places to visit. I can assure you. We will be coming back.」
