「We’ve been to the Burstin many times over the years, we particularly like staying in the balcony rooms. It does urk me though that you seem to be unable to request a balcony room when booking. They are always lumped in with the other Sea view rooms and it’s getting to be more frequent that we are unsuccessful in being allocated one. 」

「This was literally a stop and go early next morning. The room was dated but spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies👍. 」

「Nice sea view room on 4th floor. Recently refurbished to a good standard. Liked the toothbrush charger, very handy. USB points too which is a plus. Welcome tray with tea/coffee and biscuits, always welcome. 」

「I love these type of B&B’s. This B&B is steeped in history built in the 18th century, On the land owned by the Spencer family, Vincent Van Gogh also lived on the square, so this is not a modern hotel if that’s what you’re looking for, it has steep stairs and smallish rooms, but is full of character, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hospitality was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious, the pub on the corner is very friendly and only a short walk to the beach.」
