Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. 「Peaceful environment, beautiful views, comfort galore. The property lights at night time were a pleasant surprise. Just a few "oh,nooo" comments: laundry was left in the dryer and the washer had some gunk on the inside - the rubber seal when you open it. The dishwasher had spots of mildew in the utensils spot. The wall hook for the curtain in the bedroom broke on the first night - it was barely in the wall. The Keurig was a bonus, 2 touchlanmps in the bedroom with charging ports, large comfy...

「What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.」

「A very convenient location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also a safe area as well. The property itself has all of the necessities for a long term stay such as a private bathroom with a shower and a private kitchen. It is also not far from the downtown Bridgeport area with many places worth visiting.」
