「The manager had unbelievable communication. He has his phone with him constantly and responds immediately. It's a good walking neighborhood lots of sidewalks and pleasant surroundings. The condo itself is exceptionally clean. For the price in that neighborhood it is a very good value.」

「I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating...

The distance was walkable, and Uber can pick up right outside the door in the case of inclement weather. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. Would book again! To note: the closest L-line station (Cermak-Chinatown) did not have a ticket kiosk during our stay- plan ahead!」
