"We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. "Best was the front desk staff. All were very friendly and always willing to help. They provided a blanket for the beach, an umbrella to use in the hot sun, called for my taxi, and more. Bed mattress and pillow were great quality. I liked having a short 10-15 minute walk to get to the beach to get some exercise. Great street food nearby at better prices than closer to the beach. "Good location if you’re wanting to have some distance from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Rd - approx 15 minute walk. The hotel is quite beautiful with a gorgeous pool. The staff were all absolutely amazing, so attentive, kind and answered any of our silly questions. The rooms are decent with really good beds although there is a sewerage scent that comes and goes but if you keep your toilet lid down, it’s mostly okay. Family friendly and affordable, would recommend. "
