for Japanese 大通り沿いにあり、1Fはご飯屋さんになります。 外観はアパートみたいです。看板あるのですぐわかると思います。2024/4末時点で泊まった感想を書きます。 ⭐︎Good カオサン通りがすぐ近くなので遅くまで飲んでられます。とてもいいです。 電車の駅は離れてますが、通りですぐタクシー捕まるのでタクシー移動をお勧めします(Grabおすすめです)。 シャワーの水圧もちょうどよい強さで出ました。 扉はオートロックです。 部屋はそんな汚いわけではないです。 ⭐︎Not good ホテルはエレベーターがなく、5Fまで階段で上がることになります。 アメニティは冷蔵庫やレンジ、ポッド、パジャマ歯ブラシドライヤーはないです。 部屋にはバスタオル人数分、シャンプーボディソープ、お水ペット人数分、鍵付きの机の引き出し、エアコン、のみになります。 ・エアコンについて エアコンは全部屋か分かりませんが、ちょっとパワーが足りない印象で、寝る時普通に暑いです笑 寝てしまえば気にならず朝は涼しいですけど。 あと、部屋の鍵をスイッチに入れておかないと電気がつかないので、出かけてる間にエアコンをつけて部屋を涼しくしておくことができません。 帰ってきてから涼しくする必要がありパワーも弱いので、汗だくの中ちょっと辛いです。 値段も安いのでしょうがないってことで逆に楽しめましたが笑 お金に余裕があればホテルのグレードを上げてもいいと思います。 どなたかの参考になればと思います。

1階のレストランは、ルームキー提示で10％OFFになります。窓のない狭い部屋でしたが寝るだけなら不都合なかったし、冷房もちゃんと効きました。Wifiも問題なくつながりました。受付係から清掃係まで、スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。 不便に感じたのは、鉄道アクセスの悪さと、ホテル周辺にコンビニが見当たらなかったことくらい。そのほかは満足できました。また利用したいです。

トイレシャワー付きのお部屋ですが、部屋もトイレシャワーもかなり狭いです。 wifiがめっちゃ弱いです。測定も1回目は遅くてタイムアウトに。2回目で出ましたが下り1Mbps…。パスワードも不要、1階はレストランの立地。遅さもあり諦めsimで過ごしました。 まくら上のエアコンから結露水が結構な頻度で落ちてきます。 扉も薄めなので夜中に廊下で話す声も響いてきます。カオサン通りの終着点？　カオサンの夜を楽しみたい人には立地は良いでしょう。 × wifi (あるけど弱い) ◯バスタオル ◯水1本 ◯シャンプー、ボディソープ × ハンガー × ドライヤー × 冷蔵庫 × 金庫 . 1泊3,903円 (900B)

ロケーションは抜群に良かったです。カオサンロードにも近く食事や買い物などは便利でした。 洗濯物もホテル前の洗濯屋さんに出せば夕方4時半ごろまでに1キロ100円程度で行ってくれます。 掃除、清潔さ、居心地は良いとはいえません。ただ安いです。

車か徒歩での移動しか手段がない。
■ホテル エレベーターがないので思い荷物や大きなキャリーバッグは向いていません。他の口コミを見てドライヤーがないということでしたが、確かに設置していませんでした。 シャワーとトイレが一緒で、シャワーを使うとトイレが水ぴたしになるのでちょっと残念。部屋の電源はキーに付いているカードをホルダーに入れて差し込むタイプです。エアコンもそれを刺さないと点きません。外に出て帰って来たときに冷えているようにするためにカードキーを抜いて他の物を差し込んでみましたが、反応しなかったので無理でした。（外に出るとき毎回カウンターに鍵を返却します。） 部屋によりますが、シングル2台で2部屋を予約しましたが、1つの部屋が、シングルベッドがくっついていました。何とか話すことはできます。 ■ホテル周辺 コンビニは隣にセブンイレブンがあります。 食べるところも近くに多いです。食べるのを選ばなければ問題なく便利です。 カオサン通りは歩いて行ける距離で夜などはちょっとした買い物は楽です。 うるさいのが嫌な方は素通りするか隣の通りに行かれることをお勧めします。 ■移動方法 近くに、電車がないので車か徒歩での移動しかないです。徒歩もカオサン通りくらいなら問題ありませんが、有名なところや買い物を楽しみたいとなどはタクシー移動 タクシーは、ぼったくりが多いです。値段交渉を先にするところは対外ぼったくりです。メーターを使うところは良心的です。気を付けて下さい。

Rooms are quite small but adequate, no elevators but easy stairs. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor that gives a reduced price for hotel clients. Great location, lots of sights within walking distance. This is my third time here.

Excellent value and location near Khaosan Road
The hotel is very clean and great value for money. The location is excellent as it is near Khaosan Road by around 5-10 minute walk so it is not so close as to be too loud. For the price the room size was ideal with air conditioning and regular cleaning on request. Staff were all friendly and spoke English well. There was an extra catch installed on the outside of the doors for extra security if needed with a padlock. The hotel is very quiet and I was never woken up by loud noise from the hotel over the whole month I stayed there. The internet speed is also very fast and reliable signal. The only problem for me was that there is no lift and so if you have a heavy luggage like I did it can be a bit of a mission to carry up and down to the 4th floor. The hotel restaurant is also very good in it's own right and many people used to spend time in there daily. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would happily stay again if you prefer privacy and value over staying in a cramped dorm to socialise. The management made me feel at home and the hotel had everything I needed to enjoy staying in Bangkok.

Stayed here a few years ago and was good. Got a very nice room then. This trip the room was much smaller...in fact it was tiny. I think this hotel has gone way downhill. The room I was given was more like a staff quarters room. There was a window in the room that opened to the hallway with no screen or window...someone could go right into our room from it, very unsafe. This hotel is overpriced, overrated & not good staff like others seem to think. I would advise to stay away from this place, it was extremely disappointing stay.

Etablissement très bien placé mais les chambres sont minuscules (j'ai dû placer ma valise sous le lavabo pour pouvoir l'ouvrir ailleurs que sur le lit). L'isolation phonique est faible et, malgré les recommandations écrites de l'établissement, certains clients sont bruyants, hélas, par moments !

First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. They helped us extend our stay when we called to ask if we could check in 2 days earlier than our Expedia booking showed. They also allowed us to check out of the room late, so we could spend a little more time at a local attraction without having to pack our things. That being said, the room was a bit disappointing. We booked a Superior room in order to get a little more space, but the room was incredibly small. The bed was stuffed into an alcove with no space on either side, and there was a narrow walkway at the foot of the bed. There was very little space to place our bags, and nowhere to place toiletries in the bathroom. Although we were supplied with 2 standard towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths, the bathroom only had 2 small hooks. The area of the hotel is nice because it is very close to Khaosan road (tourist district), so many local shops have english-language menus and english-speaking staff. It is a little off the road so the hotel doesn't get as loud as the hotels ON Khaosan road. While it was nice for my first visit to Bangkok, if I returned I would probably stay in a less backpacker-y area of the city. We were very pleased with the service we received and do not regret the choice to stay at Khaosan Art Hotel, however we will probably not stay there again.

Very artistic, interesting decor, nice location. Hassan, the young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was dirty, though. I woke up to a huge cockroach in the bathroom. The window curtain does not block the light from the hallway, so the room never gets dark.

Check in agradable. Personal amable. Habitación pequeña pero correcta con aire acondicionado. En la tercera planta, se duerme bien! Cerca de khaosan pero sin el jaleo..Recomendable!

A SAVOIR...
Hôtel très bien et bien placé....par contre les chambre à bas prix sont pour des jeunes ou routard...aucun problème de propreté mais lit une place petit..chambre petite...petite poubelle et rien d’autrre....douches dans les toilettes et wc l’ensemble tout petit...il faux pas être grand et il faut être mince...mais propre ....

Nice quiet place off the hustle and bustle of Koh San Road but still close enough to get in there and experience some of the best Bangkok!

Room was Tiny with no window BUT had A/C and its own bathroom - the basics - in a central location. No elevator (I was on 4th floor), but staff helped with luggage.

Small budget hotel right in the heart of the Khaoson Road nightlife. Rooms were small but clean for the budget price paid. Staff were very helpful in arranging early morning taxi and storing our baggage for day trip out of Bangkok
