"Great service. Beautiful hotel that is aging gracefully, wonderful staff, lots of amenities, super quiet large room. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent, but there is no variety, after 3 breakfast in a row, we were tired of it. Breakfast at other 3 restaurants are not as good. "

"This hotel has a great location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms. I stayed twice on my most recent trip to Tokyo, once at the beginning of the trip and once at the end. During my stays, I ate at the tempura restaurant, the teppanyaki restaurant, and the sushi restaurant. The first two were excellent and enjoyable. The same was not true of the sushi restaurant. The overall atmosphere was highly unwelcoming. The head sushi chef spent his time drinking sake with Japanese customers...

George and Tsatsu at concierge are amazing! VIRTU is a vibe! Keith and his team were amazing. The pizza in the hotel is to die for! I will see you soon, FourSeasons Otemachi! The blackout curtains, comfy bed and heated toilets are amazing! The bath is cozy! Definitely a dream property in a magical city!"

"Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment. "
