「清潔で、朝食もおいしかった。 また、フェリーからマンハッタンへのアクセスも簡単でした。 家族で滞在しましたが、ホテル周辺はごみごみしていないので、安心して宿泊できた点も良かったです。 NYWのFerryとBusを上手に使う必要があるので、NYWのダイヤの理解は重要です。」

「A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room.」

「No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room. 「Upon arrival we realized that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and we had a 4 year old to feed. We ran the dishwasher and it flooded the entire kitchen floor. We also noticed that the washer had an old comforter that was soaking wet. We called the phone number provided (this is a condo owned by a person and the building is homes) the person answered and I explained the problems and they said "let me call the cleaning lady" and hung up. 「This is an apartment that someone is renting out through a company, so the experience was interesting. 1. Check-In: Probably the one key tip. Call before you arrive. Since this is an apartment, there's no front desk person. Someone from the company has to meet you in the lobby to let you in. I didn't know this, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for a very nice person to get there an let me in the room. 「Never book this hotel!! It doesn’t exist and I wonder why Hotels.com haven’t removed it from their site. We had booked 8 nights and when we arrived we were told by the receptionist about this. Since it was prepaid we had to use three hours over phone explaining this to hotels.com before they were convinced and provided us a similar hotel.」
