"Great location, friendly staff, and very comfy beds. The California St trolley is right around the corner, and Fisherman's Wharf only a 10 minute drive away. Parking is expensive at $40 per night, and the $30 breakfast buffet is overpriced and really underwhelming. The pancakes were hard as a rock, and there are no soft drinks available. We felt ripped off after eating there. Go around the corner to Grubstake Diner for a real breakfast at a fraction of the cost. Other than the (very) overpriced...

"The area is very nice. Looks like a suburban area and not city which was nice. Very close to the airport, about 4 minutes. The drive to the city was about 15-20 minutes. We had a good experience while staying at this hotel for two nights with my family. "

"I liked the location of this property and that my car was in the hotel parking garage. It felt safer than being in an open lot. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the Pier 39. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again."

"The rooms in the property are super clean and updated. That's a super plus. However. Just be aware of traffic noise during day only. I suggest closing the sliding door of your separate living room. Other than that. More than glad to come back!"
